In the Era of Airbnb, EHMO is a REAL Brick and Mortar, Classic Bed and Breakfast. B&B stands for Bed and Breakfast. EHMO believes, therefore, that the Bed needs to be Amazing, and the Breakfast needs to be Amazing! Breakfast is served with warm Lowman hospitality, making guests from all over the world feel welcome and at home. As the Creator of EHMO, I always say that I am not a native of Idaho, however I claim myself as one. I pride myself in preparing a delicious homemade breakfast with as many local foods as I can find available. I am “Famously Known” for my signature breakfast of “Huckleberry Pancakes” (with Lowman huckleberries), served with Freshly Roasted Idaho Coffee and Idaho Falls Brand Bacon. Other breakfast items on the menu include local eggs (when available), home fried Idaho potatoes, potato crusted quiche, French toast, 3-Bear Porridge, veggie omelets, and fruit. Vegetarian, vegan, Gluten-Free and Low Carb Breakfasts can be prepared as well. I also provide self-serve items for those on the go who need to leave before the crack of dawn, such as, cereal, bread for toast, peanut butter, almond butter, honey, and fruit. In addition to coffee, there are numerous teas to choose from along with hot chocolate, almond milk, coffee creamer, juice and artesian gravity-fed spring water. This water is amazing and refreshing! You can fill your water bottles and camelbacks before heading out on your adventure.
The first B in B&B stands for Bed! Experience Sweet Mountain Dreams and exquisite comfort as you sleep in your home away from home beautiful custom log bed. Over the past five years, guests have raved about how wonderfully and peacefully they slept on our beds. They have even “threatened” to take them with them as they leave for home! LOL! We also provide high quality pillows, both soft-fluffy down alternative pillows as well as high quality firm pillows. Be lulled off to sleep as you listen to the South Fork Payette River from your bedroom window! Awaken to the serenade of the indigenous birds and watch the elk and deer graze on vegetation just feet away!
